The dentists and helpers at this place are super friendly and most importantly extremely competent! Since primary school I had a fear of dentist after a bad experience and related that to Dr.Cassie.

Doctor Cassie quelled my fears and walked me through what would happen throughout the entire process and told me what sensations I would experience….After that, She gave me the options on how they could proceed.

After choosing to extract my wisdom teeth, she did everything as promised and I everything like how she assured me was true e.g a lot of pulling sensations.

I am absolutely impressed at the level of competency of Dr. Cassie. Her professionalism and dedication to her work to make us patients feel comfortable.

CARING, GENTLE & FRIENDLY DENTIST
Dr Louisa patiently explains my dental issues & was gentle when using her dental equipments. Her willingness to help with my sensitive & cracked molar while another dentist elsewhere in Toa Payoh Central outrightly refused to help me speak volumes that she place her patient’s discomfort first unlike the other dentist which I saw before her. Eli Dental Surgery also follow-up with a call to me after that. Highly recommended! 👍👍 👍

Had my dentures done by the senior Dr Ng and am very satisfied with the results. Had often heard of people complaining of uncomfortable or pain when wearing dentures, but I have no issues at all, even from the beginning! She will make several alterations to be sure that the dentures fits me to the best. The dentures feels and look so natural. They made me feels more confident when I smile, thank you Dr Ng. Staffs are always so friendly, highly recommend.

The impeccable and meticulous care of Dr Ng Lay Choo and her team are long heard of in this estate… I consulted Dr Louisa as a second opinion on the option of fixing a tooth crown.

She stood out as a steady hand in this area of orthodontics. Hearing me out patiently and analysing my oral issues. She also offered professional advice to the various options that availed and was not shy pointing out the pros and cons.

I will be back for a follow up in the weeks ahead and am convinced the level of care offered in this clinic befits the reputation of this team

1st time here, atmosphere is great. Few oil paintings hanging around the waiting room, gave me time to enjoy them while waiting. Dr. Louisa d Staff are friendly. Her explanation on the procedures clearly, treatment is careful and letting me know any effect may happened before proceeding to perform. This should be a good mentoring from her Dentist mom, whom in the dentistry for almost 40 years.

This place is great for kids! My 4.5 year old needed his teeth polished, and it was such a pleasant experience. He wasn’t scared at all. He was given silly sunglasses so that the light from the dental chair wouldn’t hurt his eyes and he was so fascinated looking at his teeth being cleaned in his little mirror. Thank you dentists for putting him at ease!

Brought my 2 year old daughter for her first dental visit after the previous good experience with my older child. The dentists managed to get her climb up the dental chair happily and participate in the whole inspection and cleaning process ! I’m so amazed. Very kid-friendly

Two months ago, I was attended to by Dr Ng Lay Choo. She noticed that my gum condition was not in the most healthy state. There were some swelling and periodic bleeding. Two or three of my teeth were shaky. Dr Ng told me she would conduct a "deep cleaning" of the affected teeth and, hopefully, my situation will improve although the outlook may not be that promising.

The entire procedure took about 45 minutes. She was very patient to ensure that I experienced minimal pain throughout the treatment. She told me what I needed to do to clean my teeth after that treatment and to return for a review one month later.

I followed her instructions. There were some discomfort for about two days. Thereafter, I could feel the improvement to my gum condition.

I returned for a review last month. She noticed that my teeth were no longer shaky and my gum condition were very much healthier. I could feel my affected teeth were firmer. She was very pleased with the outcome and I am delighted with her care and treatment plan that yield this positive outcome.

If I had not consulted with Dr Ng and procrastinated, I believe my gum condition would have worsen and a consultation at a specialist surgery is imminent. It will be a costly affair.

Thank you, Dr Ng for your willingness to attend to my condition despite the odds. I appreciate very much your advice and post treatment plan that I should follow to bring about this successful outcome. I am sure many more will be able to benefit from the care you are able to provide.

My teeth were in pretty bad shape, but Dr. Cassic patiently explained what was going on and taught me how to take better care of them. She’s super cheerful and positive — her energy makes the whole clinic feel warm and happy!

Dr. Louisa is amazing too! She’s very gentle and caring, with great skills and a genuine heart for her patients. She took my dental condition seriously and made me feel so comfortable during every visit. Both doctors are wonderful — highly recommend this clinic!🥰🥰
